Members of BJWC come from all over the northwest suburban area. Membership includes stay at home moms as well as full-time professionals.
BJWC has a mentor program for new members, so anyone who is new to our organization will not feel alone during their first year. Our mentor program includes phone calls from board members and someone to sit with at each meeting.
All BJWC members are required to become a part of one of the Barrington Junior Women's Club's Committees, donate two hours to a community service project, and support the Fall Fashion Show fund raiser.
Anyone interested in joining this group of talented and caring women is encouraged to contact our President, Carrie Carr at . She would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Membership Information
If you are interested in becoming a member of the Barrington Junior Women's club, please join us at our next General Meeting. BJWC General Meetings are scheduled to accommodate everyone on the first Tuesday of the month, starting in September. We do not meet in January and our last meeting of the year is in June. We take a break from meeting during July and August each year, when most people vacation. Membership is open to women of all ages.2009/10 General Meetings

Dues
Our annual membership fee is $60 for active members and $55 for associate members which covers program expenses for the General Meetings. Every year in September and October there is a membership drive for individuals to get acquainted with BJWC.
