About the show
The third annual show ran in The Arlington Room at the Arlington Park Hilton. The cash bar and silent auction opened at 11 with 57 lots, and lunch and the runway followed at noon. Jeanne Cannon, club president for 1989 to 1990, commentated. Members, husbands and children modeled across eight segments, from Off to Work, Off to Work Out through Romantic Evenings, and the door prize was a Flight of Fancy for two from Baird and Warner. The cover was drawn by club member Dede Wamberg: a greenhouse with a bird, ivy and berries, printed in green.
