About the show

The eighteenth consecutive fall fashion show traded understatement for full color. The room at Stonegate was built around a graphic pop art backdrop, balloon animals, and paper lanterns, and the runway ran in partnership with Neiman Marcus, produced by Zzazz Productions, with more than fifteen area boutiques and a capsule from Barrington born designer Cynthia Rowley.

The giving was built the same way. Keswick Jewelers of Arlington Heights hand made a sky blue topaz ring and matching earrings for the Impact Raffle, where every guest in the room opened a box and one pair of purple tassel earrings took the set. A pair of cream and black Electra cruisers waited by the doorway for the raffle draw. And during the paddle raise, every donor was handed a balloon until the room was full of them.
