About the show
The seventeenth consecutive fall fashion show and luncheon, produced by Zzazz Productions of Chicago and headlined by Neiman Marcus, for a room of more than four hundred.
M.J. Miller & Co gave both raffles. The Impact Raffle prize was a Mikimoto black South Sea cultured pearl pendant with matching studs: twenty dollars bought a gold bag, every bag held a freshwater pearl bracelet, and one bag carried a black and white striped ribbon. The doorway raffle was a pair of 14k white gold diamond studs, drawn on stage by the two co-chairs.
Seven lots ran in the live auction, from a taco truck party to an all inclusive week in Cancún, a mink vest from York Furrier’s 86th anniversary collection, and a Junior’s Favorite Things basket built around a Louis Vuitton Neverfull. The reverse auction was written as a ladder of named gifts, from the Janice Clark Presidential Scholarship down to a holiday dinner for a family of five.
